Think this happened twice once durring the events instead of written name for Tetra and Kushina they mixed it up with Helelio and Shiola(not sure for Shiola)
Also an event when talking to Helelio and Shiola i got the name options for Tetra and Kushina there instead.
And i just got access to the Helelio estate.
