downloaded dungeon keeper and wont work, tried troubleshooting on the site but has not solved problem. game starts, launch video begins but is frozen and doesnt change, music continues though. can skip past this and get to main menu but can not move the mouse around.

What does the target path for your DK shortcut look like?

Ok, right click on the shortcut for DK, then select "Properties". There should be a field labeled "Target". Just copy and paste whatever is in that field in the forum, and I can tell you how to edit it to fix the problem. I had the same problem myself, and I fixed it by tinkering with the target path.

I had the same problem, I managed to fix it yet now it crashes at a certain point just before the main menu loads.
