With the new gold version of DK1, it's not entirely clear if they changed the version of not. So does somebody knows if DK1 is now the "windows" version? (with D3D support)

Also, does the AI patch works with this version? (regardless if it's the DOS version or not)

Bonus: Is the version of DK2 good, or is there also 2 version like DK1?

Sorry, still the DOS version. You should be able to press alt+r in the game to get higher-resolution graphics, though.

Alternatively, I believe you can apply KeeperFX to the game to improve the graphics, too.
