i checked EA`s origin store and both dungeon keeper games is available for purchase. they are a bit cheaper as well.

EA was the original publisher. I'd imagine they maintained rights to sell DK on their own, while GOG also has a contract to allow GOG to sell it.

And god is the creator of heavens and earth so he's allowed to sell them too.

Agreed. Not sure why He'd want the money, but he could certainly sell them.
