I can't seem to find the reference card for Dungeon Keeper Gold.

1. Is it available anywhere?
2. What does it contain?
3. Is there a list of keyboard shortcuts available anywhere else but in the settings dialog of the game?

Hm...I still have the paper manual but I guess at some point I tossed the Ref. Card. :/
A quick Google didn't come up with an image of the card. I'm pretty sure it was just a typical quick ref. to the keyboard shortcuts of the game, nothing much outside of that. If you want a list to print out here's a .jpg of the ones I remember - although I didn't put in the END/Home etc. ones, oops. There might be a few other ones that I never used/don't recall, too. Maybe a FAQ somewhere has them...

I found mine from my old boxed version. It's in Italian (well, being italian myself and all) so I'll make a quick translation.

However, the most useful is ALT-r which basically changes from 640x480 to 800x600 (or something like that). The Ref Card hinted that 'it needs 16 MB Ram', well, I guess we are all safe and sound by now.

UP: Up Arrow
DOWN: Down Arrow
LEFT: Left Arrow
RIGHT: Right Arrow
Turn Left: Right CTRL and Left Arrow or Del (above Arrow keys)
Turn Right: Right CTRL and Right Arrow or Page Down
Zoom In: Right CTRL and Up Arrow or Home
Zoom Out: Right CTRL and Down Arrow or End
Quick scroll: Right Shift
Query Creature Mode: hold 0 on NumPad and Left Click on a creature

Possess Creature: Shift and Left Click on a creature
Forward: Up Arrow
Backward: Down Arrow
Move Left: Left Arrow
Move Right: Right Arrow
Turn Head Left/ Right: Mouse Button Left/ Right
Look Upward: Mouse Down
Look Downward: Mouse Up
