Same here. Both in the cut scenes and in the actual gameplay.
It felt a bit sluggish to me too, but I saw that there are many graphical options in the "graphic mode setup" that is in the gog directory (not in game) and maybe it can help.

I do not think he mentioned anything specifically about mouse lag.

Loading the DOSBox Configurator with the shortcut "Launch Graphics Mode Setup" can help set a few options that might possibly eliminate any scrolling lag.

I would suggest looking in Advanced Settings, enabling Double Buffering first. If that doesn't help, try changing the graphic mode under the Basic Settings tab. There are plenty of options available.

Anyway guys after mucking about a bit, I finally fixed the lag issue.

You need open the dosboxDk, find "cycles=" and change it to max.

If I may add, with CTRL+F12 the cycle value can be interactively changed while the game is running, until it fits. (With CTRL+F11 the cycles can by reduced.)

I had same problem but i fixed it by changing "cycles=max" on the file called "dosboxDK.conf
Tried to increase cycles with CTRL+F12 up to million with no help.
