I've tried to launch the game repeatedly and it fails to do anything. It seems to go straight to Not Responding in the task manager. I've tried all the methods people have suggested int he forums with no success. Anyone have any new suggestions or thoughts on what may be causing the problem?

I can post a dxdiag later if anyone thinks it might help.
