My computer (an MSI GE 620) running windows 7 runs into a problem when i click on "deeper dungeons" to load the maps it freezes and completely locks up, nothing i do seems to have any effect. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Did you make any changes to the creature.txt file? If so, make sure that dd1creat.txt is also changed to match, otherwise, deeper dungeons will freeze.
