II downloaded and installed DK1 but the cursor will not move for love and/or money. I then installed DK2, hoping that I could play it, again, the cursor just sits in the middle doing absolutely nothing.

Irritating? Yes. I thought it was DOSBox on DK1, but no dice. I would LOVE to play these.

Machine is a Ryzen 7-1700X with a R9 270 GPU, Windows 10 Pro 64 bit 32GB memory.
Logitech Wireless Trackball. Wireless K350 k/b

I really want to play these again, since I never got to finish the originals due to losing them in a move.

Does this happen when you play other dosbox games? Sounds like dosbox doesn't know how to handle your mouse input or mis-configured. No idea about DK2.

I’ll play for a long time, and then all of a sudden I can’t move the cursor left or right, although it still moves up and down. Then I hit alt+enter to minimize the window and close the program, and then it works fine.

This has only happened with DK, and I play many other games using DOSbox.
