I'm having trouble on how to get my army to go forth and attack the enemy. Does it have to do with computer aggression.

You unlock the call to arms spell tells you minions to rally at the spot you cast it. You can also pick up your units and drop them near the enemy.

You use your call to arms spell. Two things though.
1.) Click and hold to increase the level of the spell 1-9. The higher the level the further away it attracts your minions. If you just click normally then it will be at level 1 and your creatures will have to be pretty close to respond to it.
2.) It costs quite a bit of money to maintain the spell in enemy territory so be sure to check your gold reserves.

Otherwise you could use the barracks room. If you place a bunch of creatures in the barracks room and possess one
of the creatures then the other creatures will follow you into combat. There could be a limit on how many creatures you can lead like that but I am not sure.

I am more than ten years playing this game and was never fully sure about what the hell the barracks did apart from attracting the Orcs! Thanks. :D

I never knew I could increase the level of this spell. Does this method work with other spells too?

O yes. Most spells' intensity can be increased. Of the top of my head i can only think of one spell that cannot be intensified: possess creature.

This one I do know! Yes it does but be careful with the more expensive ones as they can bankrupt you pretty fast!
