When I start up Dungeon Keeper Gold which I recently got for free it freezes when it gets to the intro video and when I press something it goes to the menu but then the screen freezes again. It gets fixed when I press the windows key, thus minimizing the window but obviously I don't want to play in a 5x5 cm screen. Help please?

Try to launch the Graphic Configuration Setup, and try a different settings, like changing the Graphic Mode from Overlay to Surface, and in Advanced Settings another scaling engine option

At worse Changing the Window resolution will at least enlarge the game window

Still having this problem in 2018.

Edit: Changing graphic mode from surface to overlay worked for me! Thank you!

For me, changing to "Overlay" did nothing, but "OpenGL" did the trick.
