C'mon GoG, there's so many users here that have given up hope & gone silent about this game. I can't be the only Keeper who'd snap this gem of a game up in a heartbeat.

Quick message to say: try 'War for the Overworld'. Is basically Dungeon Keeper 2, and even though I'm only 2 campaign level, is totally scratching my Dungeon Keeper 2 itch on Mac :) I think it's the same narrator as DKII too. Runs super well on my 2019 16" Macbook Pro, I imagine in thanks to the AMD Radeon Pro 5500M GPU.

DK2 won't run under Wine because MacOS won't run 32-bit games. However, PlayOnMac works and it's free. Once installed, download the offline installer for DK2, then install in PlayOnMac using "Install a program" and then "Install a non-listed program". Browse for the installation downloaded and it will install. It gives you the option to then run it, which I did to check it worked. Once you quit, PlayOnMac will ask you further details like what to run as a shortcut (DKII-DM I think it was). Then you're good to be bad!

UPDATE: It works on my Intel MacBook. It does not work properly on my daughter's M1 MacBook Air as the audio is choppy making the game unplayable. Others seem to have reported the same choppy audio with other games and there's no solution to be found.
