Loobinex: 1) Install Dungeon Keeper gog
2) Download KeeperFX here:

4) Run the launcher, and click install. Point it towards your installed folder. Done.

here for the full changelog. It's 1913 changes, and about
250 more if you update to the
latest alpha.
But, in short, KeeperFX has been made to run natively on modern machines, plays in higher resolutions, fixes many of the bugs that plagued the original game, and comes included with user-mad campaigns.
