Okay, anyone who has been having weird issues with flickering or any other weird video problems; you can turn the game display mode to windowed and it stops the flickering and some crashes that I used to have. Since you can't change windowed mode within game, you can go to "Run" or "Regedit" in your computer. Go to HK_CURRENT_USER folder, and continue to software, fine the bullfrog production folder, dungeon keeper 2, then to configuration, and video, then look to the right registry window to find a option called Windowed mode and just change it from 0 to 1. Here is where you can also change resolutions for people with bigger screens.
Changing to Windowed mode keeps the game from starting on my system (Win7 x64, GeForce 9xxx series). The flickering was gone in the menu when I killed explorer.exe (which often fixes visual problems), however, then the game crashes when starting a mission. Crapola.
