Greetings!

I am new to the game and I am lost in this UI.
How can I found out how much food I am producing? How much is being used? How much extra food I have?
The guide says build hatchery at least 3x3. What I build 10x10? How do I know what is the bonus of building bigger hatchery?
Same goes for Lair. What I build 10x10 lair?

Some units will only come if you have certain rooms of a certain size.
Beyond that, as long as chickens are there, you're good. When they run out they will complain to tell you they grow hungry. Or complain there is no space to make a lair.

There are no statistics available to determine this, you just have to check whether you are running out of chickens or not, and that your hatcheries are close enough to the working areas of the creatures. I'd say a 5x5 hatchery should be enough for 20 or so creatures, make a second one if you have a big dungeon, and a third if it's huge.
