Hi i've arranged an conversion of dk1 to make it fully include italian language, audio and text, you can find it on oldgamesitalia
PS the coversion modify the gog files in order that you can change the language at any time and return to italian without reapply the patch
PPS if anyone of gog is here will be nice if you update the installer with the new gog (and conf) file
