Hi, I have find a way to do it.

Computer > DATA (C:) or DATA (D:) > GOG Games > Dungeon Keeper Gold.

Click on Lauch Settings, Press 2 and choose your language.

1) English
2) Dutch
3) French
4) Polish
5) Spanish
6) Swedish
7) German (Text only)
8) Italian (Text only)

Launch the game and enjoy ! :)

The language information is included in the ISO. But your described way is not working for me.... trying to do it manually...as according to the dosboxDK_settings.conf some copying of the language data from the iso is involved.
