Hello,
I downloaded and installed the GOG DK2 level editor.
There is not a readme for this editor, so I went to a readme on keeperklan that seemed to be basically the same program as the GOG one, so I was working off that readme.
I wanted to make a new my pet dungeon map. They recommended to take an existing map and modify it. I did NOT change anything other than the physical map.
I named it 'firebrand' and made some changes and saved it to GOG galaxy/games /DK2/data/editor/maps
It does NOT show up either in the main MPD list or under 'other' - that only shows the map 'torment.' I have been hunting through the forms here and elsewhere on the Net and gotten no clear answers.
What am I doing wrong? Very frustrated right now!

solution found on keeper klan forums. Not sure if I'm allowed to link to that thread, I'm new to GOG so don't know if that is allowed. Off to play my mega-sandbox version of MPD - Masterpeice!
