Running at 1024x768 = crash everytime I try the Overview button and at random points through the game.
Running at 800x600 = no crashes for 5 levels.

No complaints here as I cannot see any diference between the two resolutions (hint - the game is so old any resolution is blocky and pixelated). But at least I can now play DK2 again :)

Win 7 x64, GTX 795, 12GB RAM, i7 920 OC'ed to 4GHz

This is sad...my old cd is working better than the version i just bought, with the cd version i can at least get INTO the game. this one, regardless of what I do, it just minimizes the game and restores the desktop....sad.

the sound doesn't work great for me, there is no speech at all

Me too - same prob - main menu screen and hte mouse has a spaz attack and doesnt move much.

I am running DK 2 on a quad core PC with Win7 64bit and 800x600 resolution. At this resolution the game runs great. I would prefer however 1024x768. Hope GOG gets this game fixed

i find that it is very stuttery on the main menu, which made me think I had the issues with performance people have experienced. However, once i get out of the main menu and out of the game it runs perfectly on my netbook with windows 7 starter. I just left it with the settings it came with an play on 800x600 as the next one up looks like its the wrong shape. All the compatability settings on the short cut came pre-selected.
