Ok so just bought the game and wanted to configure the controls, so I try to open setup.exe and it says it not compatible with my 64 bit processor. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Go to the start menu - GOG.com - Duke Nukem 3D - Setup.

You obviously didn't follow my instructions, because those will work.
You're trying to run a DOS program in Windows. The setup program in the start menu is already configured to run it in DOSBox.

Sorry, I used gog.com Downloads by accident and when I tried to open file location and run setup DOSbox wasn't running however so it wouldn't let me run it. Thanks a bunch and sorry for being impatient.
