LBartley: Initially I added the -nocpu flag to the gog shortcut, which isn't actually the Prism3D executable, but a wrapper for it.
Updating the shortcut to point directly to the Prism3D.exe, and adding the -nocpu flag has me up and running as I should be.
ElPixelIlustre: Didn't work for me. =( Updating the shortcut to point directly to the Prism3D.exe, and adding the -nocpu flag has me up and running as I should be.
Well, hopefully the GOG guys come up with something.

frankd3: Great! Thank you. I had the same question.
Just curious though, why don't you simply put a note on the support page for a game when you add a new installer?
Just say "Installer Updated [date]"

I haven't bought this yet, so it could have been implemented, but that would be very useful for all of the games here.
