Can we get a -legitimate- hi-definition encoding of the Megadeth Duke Nukem theme that came with certain versions of Duke Nukem 3D?

The only source I know of is from an old CD I got off Amazon:

Other than that, I would imagine GOG would need to make a deal with Megadeth and/or their label, as I'm sure they retained rights to their version of the song. With GOG giving it away for free, I'm not sure if that would be possible.
