There's a new edition coming out for Android, which will include Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition, all three expansions that came with the Megaton Edition, but also Duke Nukem 64 and Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown. All of these will be run through eDuke32. All that remains to be seen now that pretty much every single piece of official Duke Nukem 3D content is finally available under a single bundle is whether 3Drealms will do the right thing and update their titles across all stores because I don't believe there is a single store that sells the same bundle.
-edit-
Honestly, the more I look into it, the more it seems like Duke Nukem 3D is FUBAR.
You've got the Atomic Edition sold on Xbox, iOS and GOG, developed and published by various entities.
Then you've got the Megaton Edition, sold on Steam, PS3, Vita, developed by General Arcade (Steam), Abstraction Games (PS3/Vita) and published by Devolver Digital.
Then you've got the Kill-A-Ton Collection, a bundle of several Duke Nukem games, including Duke Nukem 3D and several expansions, scheduled to be sold on Steam, this time published by Interceptor Entertainment. That version of Duke Nukem 3D uses eDuke32 and DOS, meaning that, although it comes with all the expansions (plus one more) from the Megaton Edition, the version of Duke 3D included in that bundle isn't the Megaton Edition.
Then you've got the Hail To The King Collection, for Android, developed by the same people that made eDuke32 and will come with all the expansions from the Megaton Edition, plus the N64 and PSX versions of Duke Nukem 3D.
So it seems like 3Drealms licensed the various ports of Duke Nukem 3D to several entities and, either these entities have a non competing agreement to not cannibalize each others' market and the players looking for a definitive release are screwed, either these entities will have to screw one another as they each attempt to offer their definitive version of Duke Nukem 3D and players are screwed because they'll have to re-purchase the game for the Nth time because there will be several versions of Duke 3D sold alongside one another and no definitive release.
