I love Duke, but since I hate steam and their DRM had to resort to borrowing an old copy my cousin found. So now I want to purchase it legally. I have one small question. Is the content modified? Is the nudity, strippers, etc. still fully intact without any modification?

The games no different then the cd version other then some compatibility work and drm free. All the pixellated nudity and strippers are all still in the game.

GOG.com sells the full us edition of DN3D V1.5 Atomic. The exe is unchanged and is the version without DRM enabled as 3dr sold in its online store.
