The problem is this: I want to make levels for Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition, but there are no good tutorials to be found. From all the crap ones I've managed to understand the absolute basics of the Build Editor, but not the more advanced stuff like doors, elevators, buttons, water etc. I know that many of you would like to suggest using EDuke32, but I want to make levels for the original DOS version. So, can you point out any good tutorials that are in english (or finnish)?

Since GameSpy took all their hosted sites down, keep an eye out for the renewed JSDuke site that's coming out apparently soon. The site had tutorials for pretty much everything you could do in BUILD so it's worth checking out:

If you want to get started right away, here's the web archive link to all the content which should work fine, but kinda slowish:

Click on a section title to get more detailed info about stuff inside it, it's a great guide for both new people to BUILD and professional mappers.
Thanks to you both for helping! I hope other GOG users with the same problem will find this thread :D
