This patch adds tactics to quest monsters, improves & makes the different fighters more unique, improves radar, fixes & improves planet happiness, and fixes many more minor issues.

0.918 change list:

* quest monsters can now use tactics (retreat, run, reinforcements, etc)
* decreased trap trigger time by 33%
* now radar will expose cloaking mines but at 33% effective range (ZviHantsis)

* increased Drox Fighter attack and defense by 50%

* now if planet is destroyed outside of combat (starvation or bad status effect) it informs player (Redsovietz)
* fix not getting elite (or higher) components from quests that advertise that component rarity (Syovere)

* made fighter component descriptions better
* added more data to fighter component highlight text (damage, health, attack, and defense mults and base speed)
* will now only get FederationRejectedWar messages once every 5 minutes (Dreepa)
* unused wormholes no longer tell you where they go or show you the destination map if you right click on them (Eris Shrugged)
* now map will scroll if you move mouse cursor to edge of screen
* now new goods added to vendor from new goods button blinks for a few seconds
* fixed harvesters beam battery show up on map and planets list many times (QBob)
* fixed harvesters world modifier description including danger level
* changed locked challenge achievements icons to grey scale
* now trying to pick up item with controller tests for exact match first and then with a radius
* can no longer select self (should make some things easier and don't think needed in Drox)
* added missing StemRust icon

* added hotkey print to use slots
* changed wording on slot upgrades to be more clear that they are permanent upgrades (Diablo_68)
* scrolling the map is smoother now (Bonder the DevoMiezer)
* now if the same key is assigned to map screen and map toggle, that key will open the map and then it will toggle, will need to use escape to get out
* now wormholes in the middle of systems will stick to the edge of the minimap like more normal wormholes/gates (ScrObot)
* teleport just clears the target instead of destroying incoming proectiles (The DevoMiezer)
* no longer send race messages to stop attacking a friend when they haven't even met them yet
* now the rest of the mythical races don't have services
* now put race traits in consistent order each time
* scout ships no longer try to scout in the middle of combat
