This patch fixes some win/lose consistency issues, adds more planet bonus icons, adds 2 new achievements, and fixes several more minor issues.

0.910 change list:

* fixed win/lose progress screens to not count primitives or subjects like actual win/lose conditions (Xenomorph/Jean)
* fixed Fighter Siphon (goodgimp)
* now if run into a non-moving object (like a nexus) you will bounce off
* fixed speed not applying to collision damage correctly so that 2 non-moving objects could damage each other in collision (AblazinGrace)
* fixed sometimes paying a slave didn't free them (needed a minimium pay cost) (Jean)
* now get reduced quest rewards (credits/xp) if have already won the sector
* added 7 more planet bonus icons
* added a ram kills achievement
* added a raising protectorate primitives to space fairing achievement
* increased spawn chances of power plants/collectors from 3.0 to 4.0 (Destro)
* now handle not being able to accept crew quest correctly (Jean)
* now if get too far from object you are scanning, the scanning will stop
* can no longer get unbreakable modifier on crew (Jean)
* can no longer get durability mult modifier on crew (Jackrel, Scaver of Ramming)
* fixed BestQuestBonus values not working correctly (being read in as bool)
* now check that quest title has some text before overriding biggest accomplishment text
* fixed an invisible crew icon (alpha not set up correctly) (Jean)
* now larger stash bags are purple like smaller ones (Jean)
* now negate escape notice numbers when displayed so they make more sense (Eris Shrugged)
* now clear widget cursor when bring up in game menu or go back to set up sector screen (Destro)
* now handle clicking on rumor buttons with no race selected better (Jean)
* locate any race/system quests can no longer count as biggest accomplishment
* added help screen for skills screen
* added a description to Vampire skill so not confusing (tommyahugo)
* fixed superfluous brackets in Assassin crew skill (Jean)
