This patch adds a planets screen so the player has better access to planet data, makes structure more powerful, and fixes a few other more minor issues.

0.825 change list:

* added a planets screen
* now components are protected from damage when your structure/max structure is 75% or higher (Mythos)
* fixed an initiliazation issue with new sound stuff
* fixed selecting a list line and losing race symbol
* now can lock color in text
* added icon for planets screen
* rearranged icons for menus on game menu
* changed P key to default to planets screen instead of pausing (pause key still works if you have one)
* added planets screen to controller menu cycle
* fixed search for enemy text saying credits twice (Eris Shrugged)
* fixed rebels unlocked texts (Redsovietz)
* changed PROTOCOL_VERSION to 97
* simplified text code lock stuff
