This patch makes crafting chances visible, adds social stratification and a few more planet bonus icons, adds a bunch more of the new skill stuff, and fixes several other more minor issues.

* now show chance of enhance component working
* now show chance of increase durability working
* now show chance of reduce power load working
* now stations/starbases provide more cover for planets than ships (90% instead of just 75%) (Darke)

* added 4 Social Stratification icons
* removed 4th column of bonus skills to keep 80 skills
* added trait icons to race diplomacy, get quests, solve quests, and treaties menus (should make things like resource use more visible) (Fulano)

* planets should now be immune to Ion Storms, Plasma Storms, Nanomite Clouds, Black Holes, and Radiation Storms (Darke)

* power load modifier can no longer show up on components without power load (Eris Shrugged)
* reduced star light intensity from 3000.0 to 1500.0 (should make things darker farther out from stars) (Bluddy)

* now skills indexes can wrap/combine better - so can have as many skill trees as I want as long as total skills at or below 80
