Hello
A French translation is made for "Drox Operative"

it is possible that this will happen again.
If an independent translation is done, will it be possible to integrate it in Drox Operative 2?

I'm not currently planning on an official French translation. It is certainly possible that a fan makes one like they did for Drox 1. I don't know if we would be able to include it officially or not, but the game itself handles it easily, assuming whoever did the translation setup everything correctly. You just drop the zip file in the correct place and an option to choose which language you want appears on the opening screen in the game.
