Better controller support! This patch adds a twin stick option, allows dpad to move between UI elements, allows left stick to scroll, adds a virtual keyboard, and fixes a few other more minor issues (mostly controller related).

* added twin stick option
* dpad on controller now moves mouse to next clickable widget in the specified direction
* now controller back button cycles through all of the game menus
* changed A button to be same as left click (basically select)
* changed B button to be escape/cancel
* changed X button to be clear use slot/drop item
* changed Y button to be right click
* changed left stick click to bring up quest menu
* now pop up a virtual keyboard to type in name with a controller
* now dpad works on lists
* now dpad works on drop down boxes
