When I start the game up,it runs smoothly and without problems.
But as I clock in more or less than 20 minutes in it,the game starts act up strangely.
It doesn't literally slow down,the animations "jump",like lagging.
Is this a problem with my PC,or has anyone else encountered this problem?

I uploaded .txt of my DxDiag results here: http://pastebin.com/z4qRzYNk

You're using DirectX10 which isn't 100% backwards compatible to DirectX9. Driftmoon was built for 9, so maybe that's the source of your problems, but that's just a guess.
You can always try the DirectX9 web installer, which adds all missing files from version 9.

Also make sure your graphics driver is up-to-date.

What about temperature, maybe your system (or graphics card) gets too hot and automatically reduces clock rate to prevent overheating.

Take a look into the Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc) for errors, especially disk errors. Maybe something is wrong with your system.
Strange problem... I've never heard of the game stalling 20 minutes after it was started, performance problems usually manifest themselves right at the beginning. If the game were the cause, then it could be that you've entered an area where there are more graphical details, or you have more companions, or something of that kind. Maybe you can try just opening the game, checking the speed, then leaving it open for a while and checking whether it's slowed down? You can see the FPS in the game by pressing SHIFT+1 to activate cheats, then pressing SHIFT+6.

Then again it could be what DeMignon said, just overheating. I've sometimes heard of a faulty driver leaking memory and causing all sorts of problems after playing for a while, sometime that causes a crash at some point. I would try updating the graphics drivers first, they're often the cause.
Thank you for your help.Now,let's see:
-I've tried to run the DirectX web Installer,but it says I already have all the files so it aborts the installation,so I think this isn't the problem;
-Graphic drivers are up to date;
-As about the temperature,I recognize this might the problem; anyway,when I close the game,my system runs just fine and when I reopen Driftmoon I can play it for some time before running in this same problem;
-I checked my disk and it's damaged in a sector.
As I said,my computer is not in the best conditions,but I found it strange that the game runs perfectly fine at first and then starts act strangely.Even "heavier" games don't give me this kind of problem.
I just wanted to check if anyone had the same problem.Obviously,if I'm the first to experience this, it's probably my computer's fault.
I'll try the Event viewer and the fps test that ville suggested and I'll let you know.Thanks again for your kindness.
Aside from this little problem,I am having a blast with Driftmoon! :D

You can try re-partitioning the disk so that you isolate the bad sector but really once you start having bad sectors in a disk it's high time to start looking for another one, in my opinion. I am not sure if this is the primary cause of your woes with Driftmoon but I thought I'd chime in on the bad/damaged sector :)

Just to be on the safe side, don't use the web-installer but the full download version:

I have to second JudasIscariot, damaged sectors are a bad sign. Be careful if you don't want to loose personal data like documents or pictures!

The lags might result from reading errors on your hard disk. If there are damaged sectors, others might still be working, but need more than one access to get the content properly. These read-errors can cause heavy performance drops.
