So...

A couple of months back, I dropped my laptop and my hard drive failed. Complete loss of all data. Not a big deal, I have backups, everything can be re-downloaded. Except... the soundtrack for Driftmoon. I bought it off of Bandcamp the week it was released, but apparently the composer's page no longer exists, leaving me no options to either find it again, or repurchase it. If it's unavailable, it's not too great a loss, but I figured that I'd ask. Thanks either way!

PS-
Does the OST have 16 or 28 tracks? I've found listings for both.

You could try to contact the composer if his page is down. Alternatively contact Ville at Instant Kingdoms website and ask him directly if he can offer any advice.
