Does stealing from the snatchers have any kind of consequences?

Same with stealing from animals and whatnot in general, does it reduce my karma?

Hi ShadowWulfe! Stealing affects whether they attack you or not - and stealing from certain individuals will also reduce your karma.

Ah ok thanks! I never ended up stealing from the snatchers cause I felt bad for the little guys.

Are the mods listed on the startup screen the ONLY mods? (unrelated, but I have a bad habit of making too many forum threads)

The mods in the mod screen (once you scroll down to see all of them), include all the mods that have been published to date. The mods that are underway, but still not opened to the public are not shown on the list yet.

You're welcome to start a mod project of your own. ;)
