Ive check the settings and fullscreen is checked but it never enters fullscreen there is always the windows bar showing at the top with the -- = x and the task bar show at the bottom.

how do i get it to fullscreen?

Included pic to show what I mean

I can only think of one explanation, the full screen mode isn't compatible with the higher DPI settings in Windows. That is the "Make text and other items larger or smaller" screen. You can either go set the DPI to a value lower than 120 (that's where the desktop scale virtualization kicks in), or just play the game in the Fullscreen (Windowed) mode. I hope that helps!

Thanks! that fixed it! I lowered the dpi text size to 120 and its now fullscreen. Also Id just like to give a HUGE thanks for the ability to increase the games text size like you did, I play at 1920x1080 and the font size in most games strains my eyes severely but the optional size you build into your game works wonderfully for me and my failing eyesight. Thanks again
