Is this the Premium (also called Deluxe) Edition patched to the newest version? It's supposed to have a renewed graphics engine und renewed ball physics. It's quite difficult to find any information about this, but it exists. As proof, take a look at the box picture here

and if you speak German I found a review which mentions the supposedly renewed graphic engine und ball physics here

I'm pretty sure this is just the standard Pinball 3D.

Top resolution is 1600x1200, but my graphics don't look nearly as pretty as those screenshots. Different balls definitely have different physics.

It's a decent little game, but nothing to write the folks about.
