It's been a while and number of updates since I last played and wanted to start fresh. However, resetting all the collectibles in the options menu had no effect after even after several tries/restarts. I finally uninstalled and got rid of my save data when prompted, then resinstalled before I could begin a new campaign without any collectibles.
