is it possible to obtain a digital map of thie 4 lands on the contenent? The layout is slightly different than the SNES version and also soem pepole have not played the SNES version and will be totally lost.

Do an internet search on the hint book.
There is a pdf download link for one in another game forum.
The hint book has a map inside the hint book.
