I'm wondering if anyone has played through Drakensang - The Dark Eye with either the ErgoFixpack or it's more recent spinoff found here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/12640/discussions/0/135509314047233818/

I'm very interested in trying the game, but don't have time to do multiple playthroughs. I enjoy classic RPGs very much, and always opt to play on the highest difficulty, as I quickly lose interest otherwise. For anyone who has used either of these mods, what are your thoughts? do they greatly enhance/alter the vanilla experience?

Its been a while since I've played through but from the memory the Fix Pack improves and fixes lots of small things without substantially changing the game. It doesn't, as far as I can remember, change any quests or plotlines.

When I had working versions of the two games I always installed it.

Thanks Standup, appreciate the reply. I ended up using the base fixes from that pack and am enjoying the game so far.
