EDIT: Nevermind, I guess... updated Windows and the lag stopped.
Throughout the 15 hours I have on this game there hasn't been a single issue. But now, when I just launch the game, stuff starts happening.
In the main menu my gpu (RTX 3070) begins making noise and everything lags. If I load up a save the noise stops but the lag continues.
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, installing to hdd instead of ssd, making save backups then wiping the game files... but nothing.
