I cannot see the mouse cursor in this game, although it seems to work, because I can see the menu sections light up, when I hover over them. Does anyone have the same issue?

Also I'd like to play this game in german, but it runs in English. Does anyone know how to change the language?

Apparently having the Windows Resolution scaled up to 150% causes the mouse problem. Going below that solves the problem, but it would be a hassle to change the resolution everytime I wanna play the game. Maybe someone else has a solution?
I am using Win 8.1 btw.

[Edit] changing the compatibility to win 8 solved the mouse cursor problem for me.

I overlooked the language installation packs. I would delete this thread, but there's no option for this.
