ok so when i do stuff or interact with anything a txt box opens up for a fracton of a second and disapears... EG i polish my sigant ring a big box opens and then closes super fast

this happens a lot no matter what im doing, opening the chest at the foot of bed this happens too...

any ideas?

tried a lot of different settings still a glitchy screen pop any ideas?
