I was just wondering since this update showed up after Nov. 2012 where a similar question was asked, and I'm curious if I just didn't notice, or if this is indeed a new update.

This just showed up as Updated for me today as well, so this would seem to be newer than the Nov 2012 update. I'm curious as to what changed as well.

GOG really needs a changelog feature for the game cards.

Same question here. Just a compatibility update (windows 8)? To fix bugs? Would be nice have at least a brief readme about this.
