I restarted so Eve stays in the stone for others to use but yes I'm finished... if I ever go back to this game then I will reset everything to a fresh build which just sounds more like work than play

Ah yes, I understand. I did feel as you do now when I finished my first time. It took a while, but when I began again I found new things in the game to do and to love. There simply isn't another game much akin to this one. All the best to you!

Sadly game dont have empty save slots, so u need to either delete ur current character or hide saves somewhere on ur PC

There is a save game manager on the Nexus. However, it would be best it one could start a character over at some chosen lower level with all of the goods that had been gained. It would be more fun to level again up with a different chosen profession. There are actually a number of things that could have been accomplished to give this game more replay value.
