You'd need to decompile your save, replace your Steam ID with your GOG ID and then recompile it. You can grab the tool here.

Be aware that the GOG version is a few updates behind the Steam version and seems to be abandoned by the publisher. The pawn pool is much smaller and some online features (like earning RC and gifting items) are reportedly no longer working.
