I was fighting this eye thing in the chamber of confusion and my hot key disappeared for "bow mode" mid fight. I haven't changed vocations, haven't changed any hot keys, it just randomly happened. I tried opening up the controls again and assigning the hot key for bow mode to T and nothing still.

Am I missing something? I even tried reloading my save and now I have zero access to bow mode.

Took me awhile but hit "secondary skils" for bow on my keyboard and then boom, bow mode came back. That's a stupid bug lol

Are these bugs GOG only related or steam too? I'm reading a lot of issues affecting the GOG version...

That's my question as well that i'd like to know. It would help me decide if I want to keep the GOG version or attempt a refund.

I'm in the same boat as you. I purchased the game as soon as it showed up on GOG. Never could imagine how many issues could arise; I could have imagined if the game was launched at the same time on steam and GOG, but not the other way around :/

Yep, got it at gog launch. Sort of doing a test run to see how bad the bugs are.

I've only played a bit, but I haven't encountered any bugs yet. I really don't plan on playing further than that because I plan on playing something else which is why I was hoping someone else who's played it would chime in instead. Sorry.

That's prefectly fine :) . I still hope the GOG version isn't that broke than steam counterpart. After I saw DDDA here I was truly excited, as I thought "maybe capcom will star releasing its games here aswell!" , but now I'm not that sure anymore...

i may be wrong but i think the problem with pawn rental is related to gog. the other glitches i personally am having (inventory being unable to use, same with armors etc) may also be related to cloud saves, being offline vs online thru galaxy etc. in short, most of my recurring inventory glitches and save corruption were solved by playing game online thru galaxy which i didnt want. i dont care about pawn rental anymore.

to be frank, although i enjoyed the game i have put it aside, prob permanently due to aggravations and realizing the game is a huge grind. once you see the same scripted ambushes and respawned mobs on well traveled paths you lose thrill factor fast. got up to almost 100, got my moneys worth imo bitterback isle is the highlight of the game

But I actually want to play in OFFLINE mode. So your issues were caused by playing in offline mode through galaxy? Cuz I don't mind using galaxy, but if OFFLINE mode gives me so many issues that's not what i want :/

I'd probably go for a refund if you haven't played x number of hours like me. I've got a good 70+ hours so i wouldn't feel right asking for a refund.

I just keep hearing the gog pawn rental system is broken and capcom has no intention of fixiing, hence the refund from gog. I think others have stated the steam version works better.

i cant say what glitches or bugs you may encounter. my own game really needed the cloud sync feature from running thru galaxy. if you really want to play with others pawn and have them use yours then id get a refund from gog as that option isnt working. otherwise, the game is still playable and reasonably fun for awhile and you may not experience the bugs i had
