Does anyone know if Divine Surcoat has been removed from chest in this location? I reloading game for DAYS and can't loot that crap. I know it has low drop rate, but for God's sake, not THAT low!

I can add you as a friend and try to make a gift, but I'm not sure that works. You must play the game on-line with saves in the cloud.
