Whenever i enter a settlement, town, etc. it hits the loading screen, and then crashes. I get no error report for this either. The game runs perfect on max settings when running around exploring. Why cant I enter a settlement, and what do I do to fix this?

the issue is your computer but have you considered not running on max settings?

Try saving the game just before you enter the settlement. Not being familiar with your rig, it may not be the problem.
