The version of the game that GOG has released is the same as the one I played back in the mid 90s. However, I just discovered a YouTube walkthrough with more sound effects, music and animated sequences. The game is still in English, and it seems to be improved compared to the one that was just released. Are you familiar with any alternate versions of this game?

Well, we have the original retail CDs for all the language versions and we didn't see any alternate versions of the game :)

That is very strange. How you seen the walkthrough and noticed the changes? I asked the author which version he was playing and he said it was the PC CD-ROM version.

Well, we have the English/French version, Spanish, Italian, German, and another yet-to-be revealed version of the game and in none of them did the music play like in that walkthough.

edit: weird, the title menu is MUCH different than our version of the English version.

Perhaps this the US version as our English/French version came from Germany. Hmmmm.

I looked at the Youtube link, and after doing a wee bit of research, I wonder if the Youtube poster is playing the PC-98 version? There was also a 3DO version, but the title screen - according to Mobygames - is the same.

p.s. so far it's working in Mac OS 10.6.8

The video is an alternate pc version. The version also should have some bugs fixed vs the other version.
