Reporting in I have the same problem, submitted a ticket for it. Bought the game last week. Any way to roll back the latest patch?

If you're using GOG Galaxy there's an option in the game settings to switch to an older version.

Farrion: I downloaded the game... and no DLCs are showing up in the main menu

You need to revert the change that limits the game to 2 cpu cores while you're at it, as that "fix" broke the frame rate for some. And no, Galaxy only rollbacks are NOT acceptable. The offline installers need this rollback as well.

s1lver1us: I have figured out the problem, the addins.xml file is literally empty that's why the game isn't detecting any dlcs. I downloaded this modded addins.xml file from nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/3044?tab=description and deleted all the mods in the list except for dlcs and the dlc compatibility for Awakenings. I have also included the xml manifest for A Tale of Orzammar which was missing from the list.

Drop the Addins.xml file in C:\Users\(Your Username)\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings
drive.google.com/drive/folders/1kotlGZFNkz0Zmd8YsqL_eBeDPmmcNWHG

If you are already in a playthrough that has any mods installed with the Dazip files, you probably have to reinstall them or manually add the manifest to the Addins.xml Open the Mod's Dazip with 7zip, open Manifest.xml with notepad and copy everything from <AddInItem to </AddInItem> and just past them at the bottom of the Addins.xml list inbetween lines </AddInItem> and </AddInsList> and save. It's more tedious this way of course.
Thank you so much for sharing your solution! I was getting very frustrated when I discovered the dlcs were missing from the game. I can see them now.

It's easy to change the cpu core affinity, run the game, start task manager (R-Ctrl + R-Shift + ESC), go to details tab, find the 32 bit game exe, right click on it, go down to set affinity, and select all cores or set it to whatever cores you want to run it on. Exit out of the screen and close task manager, play the game.
